Mustard Roast Chicken

     A lot of people are looking for delicious and easy recipes for roast chicken. This recipe I am presenting today is one of the bests. I love this recipe. It is easy to make, it does not take a long time to prepare, and  it is very delicious. For the ingredients, you may   already have them in your fridge. I usually serve this roast chicken with roast potatoes. However, It goes great with french fries or potatoes puree as well. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family and I do!



Ingredients

- 1 ½ Kg whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 100g Butter, softened in room temperature
- 1 tbsp Garlic, thinly minced
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Seeded mustard (may be substituted with regular mustard)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Water
- Salt, pepper, cumin, ginger, turmeric, and dry saffron




Process

1-  In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except chicken. Toss chicken pieces in the mixture to coat well. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 15 to 30 min (optional)

2- Preheat your oven to 200°C. Put chicken pieces in a baking pan. Add water and cook for 45min to 1h.
