Salty Crepes

Today I am going to share with you my favorite recipe of salty crepes. Who doesn't love crepes? They are so soft and delicious. We like ordering a variety of crepes in restaurants, so why not try them at home?

This is a basic crepe recipe and you may serve it with your favorite salty filling. However, I will share with you some of my favorite fillings in future posts.

Ingredients

- 225g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 l milk
-  4 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper

 Process

1- In a blender, mix all the ingredients together until smooth (you may also use an electric mixer or a food processor). Allow to rest for 10 to 15 min.

2- In a hot non-stick pan, use a ladle to pour enough quantity of the batter to cover the pan surface. Cook for 2 to 3 min then flip your crepe and cook again for 2 min.

Repeat the process until all batter is used.
